Working principle
After heating and purification, the air is introduced from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper. In the working room, fluidization is formed by mixing and negative pressure, and the water is quickly evaporated and taken away with the exhaust gas, and the material is quickly dried.
Performance characteristics
◎ The fluidized bed is of circular structure to avoid dead angle.
◎ The hopper is equipped with mixing to avoid the agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of ditch flow during drying.
◎ Dumping grain is adopted, which is convenient, rapid and complete. The automatic feeding and discharging system can also be designed as required.
◎ Seal the negative pressure operation, and the air flow is filtered. Easy to operate and clean.
◎ The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time of each batch is generally 20-30 minutes, depending on the material.
