Principle
The open vacuum rake dryer is a novel horizontal intermittent drying equipment. Wet materials are heated and evaporated through conduction, and the stirring shaft with rake teeth continuously removes the materials on the heating surface. The circulating flow is pushed inside the container, and the water evaporates before being pumped out by a vacuum pump.
The vacuum rake dryer device indirectly heats materials with steam or hot water and exhausts them under high vacuum, making it particularly suitable for drying materials that are not resistant to high temperatures and are prone to oxidation at high temperatures, as well as materials that require the recovery of steam or solvents discharged during the drying process.

Application

3. Scientific and reasonable stirring and flipping movements cause relative displacement between materials, continuously updating the heated surface of the materials, making them less prone to clumping, evenly heated, and highly efficient.
4. The structure of the mixer composed of the rake shaft, rake arm, and rake teeth is reasonable, and the gap between the rake teeth and the cylinder wall is adjustable, allowing the material to come into contact with it without sticking.
5. The unique shaft seal structure completely solves the pollution problem of the shaft seal inside the vacuum chamber and meets GMP requirements.
6. The condensation filtration device in the vacuum system can recover most solvents, such as alcohol, acetone, nitrobenzene, alkylbenzene, and so on. Efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
7. The thermal medium is steam, hot water, or thermal oil, with a wide range of heat sources to choose from.
8. The cylinder wall, main shaft, two end covers, and filter of this machine are all heated with heat medium. The inlet and filter neck are all insulated to effectively prevent condensation.
